TRIKONASANA (Triangle Pose) TUTORIAL

STEP 1.
TIP your torso.
"Tip your torso slightly toward your front leg to keep length on both sides of your torso as you come into the pose."
STEP 2.
KEEP your OUTER HIP muscles ENGAGED.
"Hug the muscles on the outer hip of your back leg in to stabilize your back leg and to stabilize your hip joints and low back."
STEP 3.
CAREFULLY CHOOSE your your neck position.
"Choose your neck position based on what feels best on your neck. Your gaze can be down, straight forward, or up."
