QUOTE and a QUESTION for INSPIRATION

QUOTE.

by Alan Watts, an English writer, speaker, and self-styled "philosophical entertainer", known for interpreting and popularising Buddhist, Taoist, and Hindu philosophy for a Western audience. Watts gained a following while working as a volunteer programmer at the KPFA radio station in Berkeley

"The attitude of faith is to let go, and become open to truth, whatever it might turn out to be.”

QUESTION.

Do you have trouble letting go of control and opening up to faith? Are there practices or activities that might help you to become more open to letting go and opening to truth?
