STEP 1. 

ROUND your upper back to fill the space between your shoulder blades. 

"Turn your palms to face back, bring them close together. Press down through your palms as you round your upper back between your shoulder blades."

STEP 2. 

LAY your torso down onto your arms

"Lay your torso down onto your arms, and bring your elbows as close to your belly button as possible."

STEP 3. 

LEAN FORWARD to place the weight of your body on your arms. 

"Lean forward to place the weight of your body on your arms. Lift your chest up and begin to lean forward. Claw the floor with your fingertips as you prepare to lift your legs off the floor."
