This class package is designed to help you to embody your anatomy! I strongly believe that yoga practice is safer and more effective when infused with the knowledge of the anatomical structures in your body. Expect to gain insights into your practice that will help build a well-informed and sustainable yoga practice.

The purpose of this series is to work up toward some of the more challenging poses! Breaking down intermediate and advanced poses in accessible, step-by-step fashion is one of my greatest loves and specialties. We will have an in-depth look at several arm balances and backbends.
