One thing we know for sure is that life is uncertain. Stuff happens. Many people believe resilience is the ability to bounce back. Resilience is actually the ability to bounce forward. Resilience is about how to build a different relationship with the challenges we face in life. It’s about seeing challenges as opportunities for growth, versus something taking you down or setting you back.

During this three-hour retreat, using the wisdom-building method, we will explore techniques for building inner resilience through meditation, pranayama, and asana practice as well as intentional journaling.
